Refreshments will be served in the Courtyard.

Below is a newspaper article from when Jeff and Tami joined Summit Church 20 years ago!

“The First United Methodist Church has a new senior pastor. The Rev. Jeff Huber comes to Durango from Wheat Ridge, where he was senior pastor for five years at Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church. “(Durango) is great,” Huber said. “We’ve felt welcome everywhere, from the auto mechanic to the grocery store. Huber, 38, is accompanied by his wife of 10 years, Tami Bradshaw, a teacher, and their 6-year-old Alaskan-Malamute mix, Mikah.
Huber said he is looking forward to expanding the churches programs, which include a local thrift store and a mission in Romania. Missionaries are helping to build an orchard as a source of income for a Romanian orphanage, Huber said. “We’re trying to make church relevant. Huber will be preaching Sunday at the 8:15 and 10:30 a.m. services, which are open to the public.”
