About Monday Evening Group
The Monday Evening Group meets at Summit Church from 5:30pm to 7pm each Monday evening. Each week, we share areas of our life that need prayer and by learn how we can pray for others. We alternate studies by reading a contemporary Christian book and then reading a book of the Bible. Our last book was “Letters from a Skeptic” written by a pastor, Greg Boyd, about letters he traded with his father (over several years) discussing tough questions about our faith. We just finished a Bible Study on the book of John and will be starting our next study soon. At present, we’re a group of four “empty-nester” couples but anyone/everyone is welcome to join us.
