Curriculum – The Way of Jesus
What does it really mean to follow Jesus? It’s not that we don’t want to become like Jesus, or that we aren’t trying to become like Jesus. It often is as simple as that we don’t know HOW to become like Jesus. We need a pathway to formation in today’s world. As we move through the season of the Lent, the 40 days and 7 Sundays before Easter, we will explore what it means to practice the way of Jesus, learning together what it means to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did. We will be following along with the current sermon series using John Mark Comer’s book, Practicing the Way of Jesus. Following the way of Jesus will transform our lives and hearts, helping us find meaning and purpose as we seek to be the presence of Jesus Christ in the world. You can find more information about this at www.practicingtheway.org.

Your student’s safety is one of our top priorities! We ensure that every volunteer has completed Safe Gatherings training which includes a background and reference checks.
