Fall Fest is one of Summit’s biggest outreach events of the year—and we need YOU to help make it happen!
Last year, more than 700 people from our community joined us for an evening filled with crafts, games, food, trunk-or-treat, and plenty of fun. But Fall Fest is about more than a great night—it’s an opportunity to personally invite people in our community to experience Summit Church.
This year, we’re looking for 90 volunteers to help us welcome our neighbors and make the evening special. With nearly 600 people worshiping at Summit each weekend, that’s just a small part of our church family coming together to make a BIG impact!
There are lots of ways to help:

🎯 Game stations
🍔 Serving food
🎃 Pumpkin patches
🎭 Face painting
🧹 Set-up, tear-down & clean-up

Want to hand out candy for Trunk-or-Treat? We need 14 trunks! Bring your creativity and come up with your craziest, funniest, most creative Halloween design to help make the night magical for everyone who attends. Gather your family, friends, Sunday school class, or small group and turn your trunk into something kids will love! Registration before October 19th is required for Trunk-or-Treat.

Set-up begins at 1:00 PM, and we’ll wrap up around 9:00 PM. Most volunteer shifts are just one hour, but if you want to stay longer, we’d love to have you!
