Summit Early Learning Center is hiring an Afternoon Preschool Supervisor!
We are looking for a dependable, mature team member to help oversee our preschool program in the afternoons. This position plays an important role in making sure our afternoons run smoothly and that children are safe, supported, and well cared for.
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Start time may vary
• Must be available at minimum from 2:30–5:30 PM
• Position can be expanded into a full-time (40-hour/week) role if desired
Pay:
• $17–$22/hour depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with parent communication during pickup
• Supervising and supporting afternoon routines
• Ensuring children are actively supervised on the playground
• Helping oversee afternoon staff and ensuring responsibilities are being completed
Ideal candidate:
• Mature, dependable, and confident in a leadership role
• Comfortable communicating with parents and staff
• Willing to step in and provide direction when needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be teacher qualified through Colorado Shines/PDIS or willing to become qualified
