The Methodist Thrift Shop is excited to announce that we are now accepting funding request applications from organizations looking for financial support in the upcoming year. With a rich history of 56 years serving the Durango area, we’ve proudly donated over $1.5 million to local non-profits and another $1.5 million to Summit Church since 1968. Our mission is to provide goods, services, and financial aid to local humanitarian and welfare activities. As the oldest outreach mission of Summit Church, we aim to build community, change lives, and bring hope.
We invite you to apply for funding to potentially support your organization in 2027. To be considered for larger funding amounts, please ensure your application is submitted by October 16th, 2026. You can submit your Funding Request Form electronically to [email protected] or drop it off in person to Georgia Stilwell at the Methodist Thrift Shop.
