We break up into Middle and High School groups so check out the options for your kids! We will also need chaperones so parents who are interested please reach out! Spaces are limited on all trips and it will be first come first serve so sign up when you can! Sign ups will close March 31st.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
For those who are currently in 5th-8th grade, we will be going to Loveland, CO June 28th through July 3rd! This trip is called a Week of Hope Trip. While we are there we will do many different things. Week of Hope participants will help greatly in each community through various projects. Like many places around the country, the affluent developments on the edge of town don’t tell the whole story of many people with unmet needs. While you spend time with the elderly, the disabled, and the homeless, you might just realize that through serving others, yours is the life being changed. We will have a few days of hard work and one fun day! We have 30 student spots and 5 adult spots. Once the spots are filled we will have a waitlist but it will be first come first served. Total cost will come out to around $500 per person.

HIGH SCHOOL
For those currently in 8th-12th grade, we will have 2 different options. You can do both or just one! The first option is to run Vacation Bible School at the church July 6th-9th. We will do everything! From leading worship, being a group leader, crafts, snacks, games, and one on one buddies for kids with disabilities! After last summer we decided that we wanted to bring VBS back to Summit. There will be a job for everyone with different skills and gifts! Cost is going to be minimal, $50 per person.

It will be a long week of work so the second part/option is a week of fun! We (current 8th-12th Graders) will go to Estes Park for camp the week of July 13th-17th! We will have small groups, lots of games, and outdoor adventures! We have 35 student spots and 5 adult spots! This will be first come first serve as well so don’t wait! Cost will be $550 per person (fundraising available).
